Start with the wheel shape
A wheel mod replaces the original round rim with a Formula, GT or modular design while keeping the Logitech base, electronics and controls.
What do you drive most?
Answer this before choosing your mod. The best rim is the one that fits the cars you use most often.

Is a wheel mod easy to install?
The process is straightforward if you are comfortable using small screwdrivers and hex keys, but it is not completely plug-and-play. You must partially disassemble the original rim and handle the internal cable carefully.
On the G29, take extra care around the PS3/PS4 selector. Never overtighten screws fitted into the original plastic threads.

Add a magnetic shifter
A magnetic shifter adds magnets to the original paddle mechanism. This creates a firmer, sharper click when changing gear and makes each shift feel more defined.

Do not forget the pedals
Consistent braking can make a bigger difference than a new wheel shape. An elastomer adds progressive resistance: the harder you press, the harder the brake pedal becomes.
